TS;WM (aka longer version):
- Kori came onsite for a preliminary visit to ensure compatibility of materials ordered and to verify various aspects unfamiliar to the untrained eyes, which significantly helped to ensure work can be carried out and completed on time.
- Throughout the work progress, Kori demonstrated professional knowledge with attention to minor details (and minor leaks!) whilst completing each task with skilful elegance (this is coming from a professional engineer!).
- Kori even provided hands-on experience for the curious-minded yet uninitiated customer to have a play with his tools, whilst keeping conversation going smoothly throughout!

Extremely pleased with the work done by Kori. From the start to finish Kori worked meticulously to diagnose the problem and suggested a plan of action to address the problem. Kori was responsive, timely and polite. I have a tricky built in toilet which was flooding when flushed. He carefully dismantled the unit, found the problem, fixed efficiently and put everything back together as new. He kept me informed throughout the process and took extra measures to ensure the problem does not re-occur. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I needed the valve in my shower fixed. Kori came checked the issue and was able to find me a replacement valve. Reasonably priced call out charge as well as kori going the extra mile to find me an affordable valve. Very happy with his work and would definitely use him again for any future jobs.
