First Call Ashford

Avoid! I feel like I've been completely ripped off due to their very expensive call out fee and poor customer service.
The engineers that were sent seemed not to have a clue. They stood in my kitchen for half hour on the phone to other engineers asking for advice. They then went on to advise I might need a new part and I would be contacted shortly with price. After a few days I still had not heard anything and chased.
The part was expensive they offered to send through a price for new boiler, a week later and I've yet to hear from them.
Basically paid £178 for two strangers to stand in my kitchen for half hour.

Excellent service from First Call Ashford. our first call to the assessment/quotation visit and then to fulfillment of work.
Work was completed exactly to time and with absolutely no mess at all.
They were very respectful, discreet and friendly.
And all this at a very competitive price too. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with them coming out and fixing my boiler, would definitely use again

First Call Ashford tech came to my house to install a hot water heater he was fast efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and the same day I called. Thank you for a job well done.
