I started to use Rory and Macror Plumbing 15 years ago for the plumbing and boilers in our flats. He and his employees have always been fastidious in their attention detail, professional hard work and addressing safety. Previously the boilers were my No.1 concern to do with the flats but now I am completely confident that they are properly installed, really well maintained and breakdowns will be sorted out at the first call. In addition Rory has provided excellent advice on plumbing and boilers. Very helpful.

I have used Macror Plumbing for many years and they are exceptionally good. They are polite, clean and on time. They are very knowledgeable and have sorted problems other plumbers previously screwed up. They have quickly fixed broken central heating in the middle of winter, installed new showers, and fixed leaks. Basically it is everything you want when you call a plumber.

I lost my central heating and hot water following a flood in my cellar, and Rory came out to rescue me on the same day I rang him. Being under water had produced lots of problems with the Megaflo, and Rory fixed them all. Not all central heating engineers are competent to deal with unvented systems - Rory is clearly extremely knowledgeable and very expert, as well as admirably thorough and well prepared. Several parts had to be replaced, and Rory had every one of them in his van, so he was able to get the cylinder and boiler up and running in one visit. He worked very late to sort the problem out for me, but still found time to explain everything he'd done, and check that I was happy with the price of all the replacement parts. I shall be using him again for boiler servicing, and I strongly recommend him and his company.

Macror Plumbing was excellent. Thank you Rory. We had a new Stuart Turner pump and accumulator to compensate for low water pressure from the mains supply and an unvented hot-water cylinder, as well plenty of other things, including thermostatic controls, replacement shower valves, taps, radiator valves, and a landlord’s safety certificate, to put the plumbing in good working order. Rory was first rate, efficient and thorough, and a genuinely nice person to have around. I thoroughly recommended him.
