Followed through with one saying they were delayed, gave me clear info over the phone and cleared drain with no fuss or mess and checked pipes and was gone.

Would recommend and use, if needed again thanks

Excellent customer service from both Kelly in the office and Steve on site. Highly recommend.

They are very greedy and will over charge without thinking twice. I was then hounded by the office to make a second payment. I have never had such a poor experience from a company. Office staff have a right attitude too, a very rude woman who speaks over you and at you if she doesn't agree with you or you don't bend to her will.

Happy Customer! Great experience all round, from the friendly and professional lady who answered the phone and confirmed availability, to the plumber who came round on time, within two hours, and unblocked my bath efficiently. Also considerably cheaper than the other two options I looked at.

In it to extract maximum amount of money it seems. So be careful.
Pros: When undertaking a drain CCTV check they turned up on time, they did provide the report in a timely manner.
Cons: 1) When on site the Happy Drain technician rang me a pressured me to buy an additional service of high pressure cleaning. He even said that this was required as the building was not new. However, it was absolutely clear that the building is not new, as the person I booked the appointment with looked up the house on StreetView.
2) Additionally HappyDrains' were trying to sell follow-on work based on their assessment, which however was very different to the assessment from ThamesWater. (And the ThamesWater one sound much more plausbile.)

I don't doubt Happy Drains basic competence. But this style to go for extra money is unprofessional in my view.
