I booked a boiler service and waited for 2 hours but no one came. When I called they were very rude but promised that someone would be there in an hour. They still didn't come and stopped answering the phone and did not call back.Eventually, four hours later I had to live the house. When I got home I had card through the door to say I've missed them. There was absolutely no communication to say when and if anyone is coming.
