Joe came out and unblocked our outdoor drains (which were leaking into our garden🥴) at very short notice on the bank holiday weekend.
He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job very quickly. Would very highly recommend!

He’s always been super-focussed and professional, he communicates well, and has high standards in what he does. His pricing has always been fair, and he really stands behind his work - he has always been very quick to turn up and troubleshoot any minor issues. Very reliable, completely recommended.

Had a problem with my boiler not heating water properly so asked Joe to come and take a look at it - after asking for some details he took me through the solution by text so I could fix it myself with no charge. When my pipe was blocked he came out and cleared the blockage really quickly, and suggested ways to keep it clear. Great service.

Our boiler blew up on the coldest day of the year and Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start. Quote was very reasonable, amongst the cheapest we had, and he bent over backwards to fit us in before Xmas (most others wouldn't do it until after) even though he was fully booked.

Fast forward 2 days and Joe was with us to fit the new system. Highly professional and clearly knew his stuff. Very friendly and took the time to explain all the options. Would definitely recommend, and thanks for rescuing us!

Called when our boiler broke during the freezing weather, helped us resolve the issue over the phone within the hour! Just a very quick fix that we could sort ourselves, no charge! Just someone that's very happy to help out. Very happy with his service - will be using in future!!
