I've used Scott several times for emergency repairs to piping, upgrades to our heating system and regular boiler checks. They've always been conducted professionally, promptly and with clear, understandable explanations of why he is taking any actions he needs to. Good value for an excellent service. Strongly recommend!

Scott arrived on time, very polite and friendly. Got straight down to business, sorting out the problem. He was honest and fixed what was required, no "while I'm here" fake repairs or replacements that were not required. Hot water system working a treat once again. Very good value too. Thoroughly recommended, we will be using him again next time we need a plumber.

The Water Guys were brilliant. Scott talked me through the potential issue on the phone first based on the information we provided, he arrived on time, solved the issue quickly and effectively (we had no hot water so needed a new valve adding to our hot water cylinder - which he sourced and saved us £100 by finding a better priced part for the repair) and now we have lovely hot water again. Would definitely use Water Guys again and recommend them to everyone!

Michael Harrold from Water Guys has just installed a replacement boiler for me and I couldn’t be happier. We keep using Waterguys because not only do they do a top job, but there's no hidden costs like congestion charge or parking which a lot of others do when we were first looking for a plumber. Every winter we have some kind of problem due to an old building, but they do a fantastic job at finding the most cost effective fix. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Efficient trustworthy and professional. Responded super quickly to a leaky sink. I would recommend these guys to fix anything to do with water / utilities, plumbing if you live anywhere near Marylebone in central London. Pleasure to deal with. Will use again.
