Nick was incredibly helpful and responsive before and after the work done. He made sure he understood the issue before coming out so was able to fix a toilet flush issue and install new taps in single visits. All work is done efficiently and to high standard, and on top of that he's a v nice guy, will definitely be using again.

I had outstanding service. We'd got back late on a Saturday night and managed to break a pipe at the back of our washing machine, meaning water was spurting everywhere. I messaged Ponty Plumbing and he called me back immediately (despite it being 10.30pm on a weekend) and told me what to do, solving the problem immediately. All without charging. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Nick was very responsive and able to recommend parts to be ordered he would need for the work to be undertake. Nick has previously talked me through a repair so he didn't have to come out. For our shower there is a manufacturing default but Nick talked us through how to go through the manufacturer to resolve the fault. Nick was also able to recommend a gas engineer for undertaking a boiler service. Would recommend.
