Lee Edwards Plumbing Services

We have been using Lee Edwards Plumbing Services for the past three years to carry out repairs on our rental properties. Lee is very efficient at liaising with our tenants and fixing any problems without delay. He is great at suggesting the most creative and cost efficient ways of fixing problems, while being cognisant of safety and regulatory requirements. He provides realistic costings for different alternatives and we have always found him to be very competitive.

Lee has been fantastic. He was very helpful, professional and polite. Lee installed a new boiler having tried everything and put in lots of effort to get our previous temperamental boiler to work, to no avail. Lee is polite, accommodates your requests and comes when he says he will be there. He has done several small jobs for me and last month he installed a new shower, cubicle and floor in our shower room, a very professional job. I had a toilet system leaking on Christmas Eve (Saturday), phoned Lee and he was on-site within 20 minutes, you can’t ask for better service than that. Lee uses dust sheets for his work and always clears up when he has finished. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Lee.

Lee has covered three jobs at my home - replacing and installing new kitchen sink, new vanity bathroom sink unit, and replacing floor grouting in bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the work he did as it was all completed to a very high standard. Also Lee was able to be flexible and creative with the tasks, thinking outside the box where needed. He always explained to me in advance what he was planning to do that I appreciated. His prices were very reasonable for the quality of work and I would happily recommend Lee to anyone considering plumbing work in their home.

Our boiler collapsed in chilly February. Lee was very quick to come and give us a quote and kindly shifted his commitments to install a new one for us. He was really helpful in guiding us re what we needed and the house has never felt as toasty plus in the end as he did not need the roofer he came under his initial quote! Many thanks, we definitely recommend!

Lee came to our home several times as we had some repairs done in our shower and then installed a free standing tub and filler. He was FANTASTIC to work with, easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. He was so polite - he and his helper always took off their shoes as they came in the front door. What left the greatest impression though, was his integrity and kindness. The tub he installed came to our home in a giant box, which my kids were so excited to turn into a fort. Without knowing my kids intent, Lee's helper dismantled the box and took it away for trash. My kids were disappointed, but not a huge deal. A few weeks later, Lee contacted me to let me know that he had another box and wondered if he could bring it by for the kids. How thoughtful!! He dropped it off and the kids had hours of fun in it. That is good business. I will definitely be calling Lee with any home plumbing needs.

Lee Edwards is just the best plumber I have used. He has looked after all my families plumbing needs over the last 4 years and he will continue to do so.

He is honest, reliable, clean, tidy and cares about your property and charges a fair price.

We needed to update our bathroom to a Shower Room and Lee was a great help in assisting us in choosing the right products and he installed all the plumbing and tiling parts while we were on holiday. (Not the redecoration)
