Carl is the most polite, courteous and professional plumber I have met. He arrived on time, did a fantastic job, to an exceptionally high standard and charged a realistic price for the jobs completed. All the work was completed in the timescales quoted. I approached Carl for a quote for a new shower/toilet room, having been let down by 4 previous plumbers who all turned up and promised to quote . . . . never to be heard of again. Carl arrived - he was straight talking and advised that the job wouldnt be easy but suggested alternatives for giving me what I wanted and the best of it . . . . saving me money too! The team Carl has around him were amazing. It was so well organised, went like clockwork and to time. In all honesty I would have paid him more for the job - I am so pleased with it. Top bloke. Excellent work ethic. You'd be mad to go elsewhere!

Finally . . . . managed to find an honest plumber who did what he said he was going to. For months now I have been trying to find a plumber who would repair some really shoddy work that had been completed by another plumber a good while ago. Plumber after plumber arrived, promised to quote, promised to come back . . . . never did. Then there was Carl. I was sceptical at first when he said he would quote the same day . . . and surprisingly it arrived the same day. Really reasonable prices. The work was completed within 2 weeks and I couldnt be happier with the result. Forget searching the internet for plumbers - call Carl - he wont let you down and wont rip you off!

Had major panic recently with water pouring through my ceiling. Emergency call out - I tried 3 other plumbers who wanted to charge extortionate call out charges, then found 365 Plumbing details. They already had great online reviews - not sure why I didnt try them to start, as it would have saved a lot of headache. Anyway the chap turned up within the hour, detected the leak and sorted there and then. Very professional, good pricing and a really nice bloke! They are now on the top of my list for any plumbing issues!

Carl was very helpful. Diagnosed drainage issue pretty quickly. Couldn't resolve as high pressure equipment was needed to clear a tough blockage in main sewer, but he arranged a same day appointment with a specialist, and followed up next day to make sure job was complete

Would definitely use 365 again
