Really pleased with the service from 'Your Local Plumbing Company'. Professional, intelligent, friendly, and to cap it all not expensive. A nasty blocked drain that was probably going beyond the call of duty was sorted out efficiently and with good humour and then left spotless and functional.
Will I be using these guys again? Probably not for this particular problem as they gave me great advice on how to avoid the issue in the future, but for anything else that comes up, oh yes, absolutely.

Very happy with this company who have just completed our new central heating system. They installed a new boiler and 7 radiators. It was quite a big job but they made the job simple as they were well organised and easy to deal with. The engineers who arrived to do the install were very friendly and got on with the job. We were worried about how messy the job would be, but as it turns out we had nothing to worry about as they were very tidy and professional in their work. We chose this company after their plumbers installed a new shower for us a couple of years ago. We would recommend to anyone.

We were very pleased with their work. We had a whole new central heating system installed. New boiler, radiators and all new pipe work. They were very friendly, and finished the job ahead of time. The job itself was finished to a high standard, the radiators look great. We would use again and recommend them.

It seemed too good to be true, but having been recommended to me by my local electrician, everyone with whom I dealt at YLPC was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Not only that, they were punctual, happy to answer any questions I had and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the final result. Finally, having done some cursory price comparisons, I felt their rates were about right for the work we needed doing. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Excellent experience with this company. We had a problem with our central heating when we switched it on after the summer and our radiators weren't warming up. 4 other companies came and quoted us for a new boiler. However, Your Local Plumbing Company came and actually diagnosed the problem - a failed pump in the airing cupboard. They promptly and efficiently fixed the pump, while teaching us about our heating system. All of our call outs have been more than satisfactory. Efficient, polite and knowledgeable plumbers who have sorted the problem there and then. There have been a couple of occasions when some further work was recommended, however a temporary fix was put in place until / if we decided to go ahead with the advice given.

This Company is the most reliable, honest, and decent. We had a small problem and Ross immediately responded although it was not his fault and refunded me with a small amount of money. I am a landlady and it is vital I use good plumbers. My first experience and not my last, Please try them.

After they Installed my system boiler, I got a BG engineer to service it and was advised that the magnetic sludge filter was placed in the wrong place and could not be serviced. They squeezed it all in a tight place and just didn’t think of how it will be serviced.
