Gas Tight Plumbing and Heating LTD

Gas Tight Plumbing and Heating booked an appointment with me and didn't show up. I waited at home for 2 hours for them. They haven't contacted me despite me trying to call 3 times and sending them a message. Not sure what happened.

UPDATE: The owner proactively contacted me after this review to explain that due to a staffing issue all his bookings were lost. He booked a follow up appointment, was on time and my boiler service was completed to my satisfaction.

Both guys turned up on time and gave me an estimate after a quick check over of my boiler
The estimate was very fair and so agreed to have the work done there and then
They were very efficient and polite from the moment they turned up and both were very honest with the work that needed carrying out. I will be asking them back for a quote on a long awaited bathroom Refurb as I was so happy with the service they provided
They made no mess amd were considerate in my home at all times
Overall very happy

Uninstalled a gas cooker for me. Excellent service, called up at short notice and accommodated me. Very efficient and would definitely use again
