Just had a complete bathroom refit by 1st Call 24/7Ltd and cannot praise the work, the Team and Company highly enough. They arrived on time, were extremely professional throughout the whole time they were with us.
They have completely transformed our dreary bathroom into a room we are pleased to show off.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company, but only if you want a first class job.

Always reliable, great service, competent team. Have used them from the start and would not use anyone else as service is excellent. They react timeously in emergencies, with telephone support until help arrives. Highly recommended. They have installed 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens , 2 boilers, replumbed a property, went beyond with damp issue which was caused by property next door. Highly recommended.

We have had central heating and a bathroom refit with 1st Call, and I cannot rate them high enough. From communication in the show room to outstanding design and workmanship, with professionalism and consideration shown whilst working in our home.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Simon promptly came out, (in these difficult times), and quoted me for a new oil combo boiler, and to move my existing oil tank.(Friday)
The price was fair, and to my amazement his team started on the Tuesday morning, & had completed all work by Thursday afternoon. It was not an easy installation.
His workforce where a pleasure to have around, they where extremely competent in their work, and again in this difficult time, they where mindful of others and appeared happy.
I would have absolutely no problems recommending them to anyone who wants quality work at good prices.

We had a bathroom fully refitted. Problems (some to do with the existing walls etc) encountered, but solved with communication and care (and patience on both sides). Quality of suite, fixtures, tiles, etc excellent. Standard of fitting also excellent and undertaken with great care. Very hard-working and conscientious. Finished room looks superb and is a pleasure to use.

Definitely recommend. From the visit to the quote, you will realise that you talk with a professional person. My boiler was a bit different but he had a look and made a price. They respect my requests and worked very clean. Took the time necessary for the last checks and secure an old pipe which was licking even was not part of the project. 👍

Without doubt the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
Promised call backs never happened , emails ignored and a total lack of interest.
All we needed was a replacement syphon kit fitted to a toilet cistern. After 4 weeks of waiting, including an eventual visit with a new syphon kit which was the wrong one we waited another week but finally gave up and called in a proper plumber who completed the job in 48 hours.

Very happy with the work carried out. The engineer was friendly and sorted the problem out very efficiently. So very pleased. Won't hesitate to use their services again.
