Willliam and Ryan were prompt at responding literally within hours. They are highly professional, courteous and polite . Ryan was able to to detect the leak and advise accordingly, he was respectful of my home ,a report was yet again sent promptly with feedback and all communication was clear and backed up by an efficient system. After having had 3 previous plumbers who were not transparent and have left my bathroom/toilet in a horrid state I would not hesitate to use the 'will i am' services or recommend them to others

William and his team were a great help and fixed an issue with my boiler flue which was positioned awkwardly. William was very responsive, giving advice and careful consideration to the job, coming up with possible solutions. After booking in a day, two of his engineers arrived on time and completed the job in an efficient and neat way. Both were very respectful of the home surroundings and explained each step of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending William.

This is the second time I have used Will i am plumbing and I am very impressed both with the service and quality of work. This second time, I called because of water leak behind a wall, so it was an emergency. And being after hours, I thought it would be very challenging to find someone, but Will worked on getting someone over within the hour. The leak was identified and the broken pipe repaired very quickly. Very professional and thorough work. I highly recommend them for repairs or any other plumbing work.

This lot are brilliant. I tried several other plumbers, asking for a boiler service, but they were too busy, offered distant appointments and didn't seem to care that they couldn't help. William and co were super responsive to emails, gave a soon appointment, turned up promptly and gave excellent service. I would totally recommend them.
