We had a problem with gas fire,would not fire up. This plumbing company came out next day, fixed the problem in about 15 mins. The plumber then carried out a number of checks and tests. Pleased to know my domestic gas system is fully functional. A very professional job. Very pleased.

A good experience from this plumbing company they sent out a great plumber in under two hours. He was thorough, efficient and explained exactly what he was doing. Fixed the problem and tidied up. Highly recommended to anyone.

My son searched the internet on my behalf to find a company to get things sorted quickly and chose this Plumbing firm because they could come out immediately on the Saturday afternoon! They sorted the issue and didn't charge the earth for the work. Would recommend.

I chose this company on the basis of 5 star Google reviews. Had I looked a bit further I would have found that they operate under a number of different names (eg Central London Plumbers, Townforce) and the Trustpilot reviews for these are not so complimentary. It was only on the fourth appointment that a plumber actually arrived. He was very nice, competent and fixed the problem which was a faulty toilet flush mechanism. They wanted to charge me £378 for this work, to include an extra half hour call up and a mark up fee for the replacement item. The customer service is poor and the charging excessive so I cannot recommend them
