DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! All the other reviews were right and I wish that I had read them before wasting hundreds of pounds. They came to fix a problem with my undefloor heating. On the first visit they identified a problem and said I needed a new part. But on the second visit, to install that part, they suddenlu identified another problem that would require another new part and another visit. They - who have a trade discount - then quoted me a price for the part which was 50% more than what I was able to find it for online. I refused to be scammed and went with another firm who were able to fix the problem for far less

This place is a SCAM. Theres is a reason why all of the reviews here say the same thing. This is company of scammers who are rude, unprofessional, lie to you and are just looking for a way to get money out of you. The electrician came back after a poor and unsafe job, he denied ever offering a £100 credit even though I have it in writing in our emails. They are liars and unprofessional. Absolutely avoid

The company I work for have been using Village Heating as a trusted contractor for years and they were reliable and trustworthy. Recently there have been some staff changes and things have gone massively downhill. They went to a property and did a 'repair' to a boiler - a few days later parts had fallen out the boiler and gave an electric shock to a tenant. When I informed them of this, I was assured they would go back to the property and they didn't, I was then assured they would attend on 3 more occasions and they didn't (after trying to charge another call out fee!). I received no communication from them, just the invoice for the visit before sending a report.

Guys turned up promptly and got stuck into the job. They performed a power flush, upgraded some of the central heating piping/valves and got the whole system back up and running. Throughout the whole time they were professional and courteous.

Staff not only unhelpful but blatantly lied to me every time I called not the first time I have had problems with the company Hillington council need to cancel their contract

AVOID.

Organised Village Heating to conduct an annual boiler review for £120 (inc VAT). Since being in the property (2 years), we've not had any issues with our boiler. A friendly boiler engineer arrived and conducted the review. He informed me that, although the boiler was old, there was nothing wrong with it. The following events unfolded after he left:

- Village Heating emailed me with a quite for nearly £900 worth of repairs (not mentioned at all during the visit)
- We woke up in the middle of the night to the boiler flashing F/1 and not working (we have a 6 week old child)
- I reset the boiler but it continued to conk out and flash F/1
- Called Village Heating to explain the situation. Rather than addressing the issue, they asked me if I'd considered the quote of nearly £900 for repairs.
- I restated the issue and was told I needed to speak to Customer Support. They put me through to a voicemail.
- I called back and asked why they'd put me through to a voicemail. I was told that Customer Support was busy and that they'd call me back.
- Still waiting for that call nearly 24hrs later...

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company that are clearly taking advantage of vulnerable people.

Laura available through customer service on the phone was especially helpful in booking me an engineer in and updating me on the status of my boiler break down fix. I think the service received was especially professional on this occasion. Returning happy customer and will keep using them for sure. Fair pricing too. Thanks!

Professional & very reliable . Spoke to Fauz initially who booked the works in immediately. On the day I met Harry (engineer) who was very knowledgeable , turned up on time and explained what was to be done , approx timeline etc. Impressive overall. The tasks were gas bolier service , issuing of a certificate and flushing out the radiators. Everything now working in A1 order.
