For months, we had problems with the heating, with cold radiators that worked intermittently, a noisy system, lukewarm water and in the summer, radiators heating up when only the hot water was on. Mick was the fourth plumber we called and the first to identify and fix the problem. He performed a system upgrade by adding a magnetic filter, changing the two way diverter for a three way and changing the position of the pump. The heating system was vastly improved even on its previous normal operation. The work was all completed in one day. This was April 2021.

This week, we had problems with the heating again. Mick kindly came out and diagnosed a failed motor, and replaced it under warranty.
