Kevin removed a radiator for me yesterday, and I was really impressed with the service he offered and with the cost of his work. Kevin was able to complete my job at short notice, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The finished result was perfect and my kitchen was left neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend his services.

Kevin has undertaken a huge job, sorting out the four boilers, radiators in three floors, toilets and showers in the large house, in west London, we have recently moved into. The project took many weeks, but in all that time we have never been anything but impressed with Kevin's professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and knowledge. He is always prepared to go that extra distance to get a job done, and was just so helpful, attending to a whole range of additional fiddly tasks that saved us the bother of getting other specialists in - and always taking time to clean up at the end of the day. Most importantly, for a tradesman spending long periods in our home, he is easy to get along with, polite and sensitive to our needs. He will always be the first name in our contacts book, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Not a good experience at all. Scheduled a week in advance for Friday and took a day off work but the plumber, Kevin, didn't show. After continuously rescheduling because he was busy on a job, it got too late for him and he cancelled. He offered to come on a Saturday but then cancelled that as well.!!

He offered for Sunday but we already had commitments. We asked to reschedule for Wednesday he told us he'd let us know by Monday evening but when asked if he could let us know by Monday 5pm he didn't respond and when we followed up we received quite a rude text from him.

For people who have office jobs it's not easy to ask for a day off/work from home a day before and we need to plan in advance. It's even more disappointing when they don't show up and you don't get the job done AND give up with money you could've got for Not taking your holiday.

Response to Kevin- You cannot get away with blaming every bad review on people trying to give your business a bad name. The truth still stands. You cancelled on us twice. The response to the text message is also not quoted verbatim in your response because it was quite rude'
Not to mention that you have posted our address and tried to threaten us by saying you will come stand to our property 'to talk to us' and stand outside our door. HOW IS THIS PROFESSIONAL! I would highly advise to stay far away from this guy.

Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.

We first called TTPP for help with our boiler, worried that we'd need a full replacement. Instead Kevin identified that we just needed to have it serviced and fixed up a bit, saving us hundreds of pounds and fixing the issue. We called him back for a leaky toilet which he also solved no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and easy to have in the house (cleaned up, super conscientious). Luckily we've had no more plumbing issues, but I feel so relieved knowing we have access to TTPP in case anything does come up in the future. Thank you Kevin! Highly recommend.

I have used Kevin at TTPP for a few years now to get boiler servicing and safety checks done. He is always profession and turns up when he says he will, invaluable! I have already recommended Kevin to friends and would do again

I regularly use Kevin at TTPP to perform my boiler service, gas safety checks and ad hoc boiler maintenance. I have found him pleasant & reliable, and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Kevin was great and recognised and fixed a problem that other plumbers had missed and meant my boiler kept breaking but after I used him it has been great. Would 100% recommend.
