Joanna and Dmirtiy were really responsive and helpful and addressed all our issues quickly. We needed to replace the washing machine trap, service the boiler, and I had a few other questions about home maintenance which they took the time to chat me through. They clearly have a great focus on creating a positive customer experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely call on them in future!

FD were responsive to my issue (immersion heater problems) - engineer was professional and friendly, diagnosing my issue in less than an hour - while they did not have the part to hand they ordered one and came back a few days later to replace it. As we could not verify the issue was resolved right away, the engineer called me back the following day to ensure there were no issues. Very pleased with my service. Thanks!
