Customer service responded to my request fast. She told me what the inspection fee would be but would be waived if I continued w their service. She gave me a couple of scenarios and the cost for each. I agreed and scheduled a plumber the same day within 2 hours. Plumber arrived on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He quoted the price of one of the scenarios correctly. I agreed to proceed and he was done less than an hour. This company is efficient, honest, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! My daughter flushed a large necklace down the toilet and the repair tech explained the process and prices depending upon how bad the situation was. He was able to save us money. I really appreciate his honesty. He was also very kind,sympathetic.
