Avoid.
I hired them to unblock my drainage under the basin. After describing the situation very clearly over the phone, I made the full payment for an hour. the man later arrived with no tool for unblocking the drainage whatsoever. after a short look he said 'there is nothing he can do as he does not have the tools'.
the issue is nothing unexpected than what I described over the call.
the man later left with the issue unsolved. refused any refund.
This company is fraud.

We called this company who sent out a plumber within two hours, they got our toilet unblocked and I also received a follow up call the next day to check everything was working okay. I would highly recommend them for being professional, excellent communication throughout, great prices and high quality work. I will definitely be using them again.

I can honestly say that it has been a delight to deal with this company today. I called at 9am this morning after waking up with a major leak through my ceiling. From the first phone call, I was not only assured and comforted, But had a plumber on my doorstep by 10am. He came on time, spotted the issue almost instantly and resolved all issues within 2 hours. Leaving me a well and truly happy customer. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Really great experience from this company, very professional, toilet wouldn’t flush, The plumber came and sorted the problem- kept me well informed and spoke me through what was wrong and what needed to be done. He also kept to covid19 rules and regulations. Would definitely use them again.

The service was very good from the plumber, help desk and getting the job done. We called on Monday morning with a small leak, we arranged a two hour window which they kept to. The plumber wore a mask throughout the job and gave us a lot of advice on our issue. Would recommend to anyone with any plumbing issue.

It was such an excellent, covid safe and a clean by the plumber that was sent out to us.
