All the costs were broken down and explained in advance.
He was a very tidy worker and took time out to explain the workings of the new boiler and Hive system.

Our 40-year old boiler finally gave up the ghost and needed replacing. Mark was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. His quote was prompt, clear and competitive. Our central heating system is very old so the job threw up a few challenges, but Mark worked extremely hard to ensure the work was completed properly and on time. The final bill was exactly as quoted and the various guarantees and compliance certificates arrived within a few days. I would certainly recommend Mark to friends.

Mark installed new boiler and water cylinder and Pump, power-flush to radiators over the December cold spell . I liked the itemized quote in word document form ,ie work to be carried out before install began , came in on bang on budget too, Mark is polite and hardworking , would strongly recommended Mark. its great that Mark will be doing the yearly servicing of the boiler in the future .
