A.C. Wilgar

I've used A.C. Wilgar Plumbing & Heating Ltd in the past to install a new radiator panel for my living room, and my first impression of their service was very positive back then.

With my ageing boiler on the blink, I decided to reuse them to install a new energy efficient boiler system. From consultation through to installation and completion, I am constantly impressed with their professionalism, timing, knowledge, experience, and customer service. Everything was kept tidy and I was well informed by Dan Batten (Engineer) throughout the installation.

I would most definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a new central heating system that's much cheaper than British Gas quote.

Have used Wilgars for many years now. Boiler service always on time efficient and very professional. Missed your last year due to a.bereavment but still received a reminder this year. Confirmation of booking received but I had to cancel at last minute. Email confirmation received within 24 hours. So friendly but still very professional. Would recommend to everyone. Brilliant!.

I had a leak coming through the ceiling. I called A.C. Wilgar who attended the same day and quickly detected and repaired the leak. My sincere thanks to Louise in the office who dealt with the call and sent an engineer out within a couple of hours. I will certainly be recommending A.C. Wilgar in the future . I have already booked a boiler service with them for myself.

Two very efficient engineers, Tom & Gary, fixed a tricky boiler problem. Wilgar were responsive & the engineers were professional, tidy and took their time to get the job done properly. This is an excellent firm offering first class service delivered by courteous & helpful staff at every level

Currently use for service contract, however Again used to do a survey, inspection and quote on possible new purchase.
Totally helpful and always available to assist.

Had booked in an appt for the 19th Sept. Due to the bank holiday this was cancelled. I then emailed them to reconfirm for the 20th Sept but they never showed up nor was there any further attempt to contact me. The next appt offered was for 12 days later. Poor service.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Rob. Arrived on time and worked solidly until the installation was complete. I am really pleased with the work and the professionalism with which the job was completed.
By far, the best heating and plumbing service in the South East.
Don't go anywhere else.

Used A.C Wilgar for the installation of a new Worcester Bosch boiler which was needed quickly after it became apparent that my existing boiler was broken beyond financially viable repair. Was impressed with the speed at which they were able to come and install the new boiler which is working great. Recommended.
