Booked an inspection and agreed the day and price of the works. Then Brian hanged the phone on me repeatedly and did not reply to my messages. Surprisingly, he was always available to pick the phone if I call from my work number. Then he told that he is on self-isolation for 2 weeks. After that, he accidently messaged that "he is on his way", which was intended for another client. What a con artist!
