Fantastic service from quote to completion for a bathroom refurbishment and upgrade. Arrived on time, fully COVID risk assessed and provided regular updates and timescales. Supplied excellent quality goods with professional and knowledgeable tradesmen to install and test. Whilst waiting for a date to install the new bathroom, I contacted MJW as I woke up to no heating and hot water one morning. Despite being fully booked, he arranged for an engineer to attend the same day and diagnose the fault. Parts were ordered and fitted next working day for a reasonable labour and parts only cost. No ridiculous call out fees. Would highly recommend this business to anyone as this is the 2nd bathroom installation I have had from them on another property.

Matthew and his team have provided us several plumbing services from minor jobs such as blocked drains to installation and maintenance of our boiler and installing a complete new bathroom. MJW Gas and Plumbing completed a new boiler installation for us (which included re-location from one area of the house to another, not a straight forward job!). From discussing, planning to installation the service was exceptional. Matthew is very knowledgeable about different products and the options regarding installation. Throughout the order process he kept us updated about the product and timescale etc. The installation itself was faultless. The team did everything they could to minimise disruption. All carpets etc were protected with film and the team were very aware of personnel safety etc due to Covid-19 situation. Their time keeping was excellent and the job was completed to a very high standard. Our home was left immaculate you would think they were never there - apart from now we have a lovely new boiler!
