Poor customer service. Called at 9am and was advised they'd call back as soon as the woman required was off the phone, I had to call back at 2pm as nobody had called back. Gentlemen was helpful but once passed onto a colleague she cut me off explaining my issue to confirm my address (that I had not told her yet but she already had) showing she was aware of my issue/query but didn't bother to call me back. Was very blunt/rude and didn't care.
