Reece was great! He came round to fix my boiler at very late notice, after I’d emailed him the same day. He appreciated the urgency of the issue with my boiler and stayed late to ensure it was all fixed (even though I asked if he would rather come back during ‘normal’ working hours). He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Reece!

Reece was very quick to respond and gave us a competitive price for a new immersion heater to be fitted. He stuck to this price, even when the job was a bit more complicated than anticipated and an electrician was also needed. Great service and would recommend!

Great service from Reece. Boiler broke and he came round that same evening. Ended up needing a new fan, which he sourced and came back to fit for a very reasonable price. Was also able to talk me through everything, made my hot water tank more efficient, fixed my thermostat and and identified a few other issues. Brilliant service, and will be recommending to everyone!

Thank you so much to Reece, who attended a job at our office in Southwark on Friday 13th March. We had a sudden leak, which caused a flood in our basement and Reece came to the rescue within 10 minutes of me frantically calling him! He figured what the issue was swiftly and stopped all flooding, he even arranged for another engineer to come the next day to fully rectify the issue. Thanks so much again, Reece. Reece is one of those truly rare technicians - he takes on a challenge and sorts it out - and then lets you know it is all ok. He used his initiative and explained things simply and clearly and can be totally relied upon to manage any project you might need him for. Highly recommended.
