Great! Service I am very happy with the work and Gary were great in repairing my broken fan and installing the water heater. The whole service from booking to completion was so easy and well communicated. Gary were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and I am delighted with the service and can only recommend Hillcrest Plumbing and Electrical!

9 smart electric heaters were fitted by Gary along with the switches. I wanted the wiring hidden and Gary expertly carried out the work. He removed tiles at places, chased the walls and lifted floors to accommodate wiring. The quality of his work is exceptional and he is so easy to have working in your house. A very hard honest worker that's hard to come by nowadays. Despite the job costing several thousand pound, Gary wanted no deposit. This reassured me of his confidence to undertake a perfect job and keeping warm through the winters

Gary installed a new water main for us due to a severe leak. The works were completed a while ago and was politely asked if I could give a review for him that I was happy to do. The work was completed within a day and was done professionally very tidy and a very hard worker. He didn't stop all day. The end result was perfect. We are having Gary back to install a new mains pressure water tank system this side of Christmas. Would definitely recommend

We have used Gary for several years now. He recently asked if I could give an overall review. Firstly, his knowledge is mind-blowing. Ask him a question and he has several solutions, but has always stated the difference between his opinion and other options. Its hard to get a great plumber that's responsive. I found Hillcrest Plumbing and Electrical on Google and his reviews stood out. I got a quote to install electric heating throughout our cottage. Gary guided me through the regulations and came up with a solution fitting smart radiators I could control from an app on my phone. 10 were fitted throughout with wiring concealed. All new switches to control each radiator and a new switch in the fuse box. I have full control and a warm home. My husband is so happy especially entering retirement wishing we had this done years ago. Excellent work. Conscientious and a very nice chap. As he passed me during the work, he took the time to have a natter but wouldn't accept a hot drink? He must be an 👽. Highly recommend for electrical work and heating
