I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Charlie as they were extremely professional, thorough and helpful when installing our new boiler and have put themselves out on several occasions to help us out .We were very lucky to find them.

Had an issue with a heating pipe. Paul and Charlie were there within an hour to fix the issue. Very helpful and friendly and not overly expensive for an emergency. Would recommend.

I booked PW Plumbing & Heating Services to install a new outside Oil Boiler & Oil Tank after being let down by another firm. I highly recommend Paul & Charlie, from start to finish they were extremely professional & courteous at all times.

To start with Paul carried out a thorough survey to determine which type of Boiler would be best for our needs. My husband wanted to lay the Oil Tank & Boiler bases as he is a ground worker, Paul worked out from the regulations were they needed to be & then was quite happy for him to do this part. Paul ordered the Boiler, Oil Tank & all the relevant parts, so we didn't have to worry at all.

Paul & Charlie's work during the installation was first class, everything was fitted with great care and all the pipes were given extra protection. Once fitted and all connected up they flushed & tested the whole system adjusting radiators were necessary. They showed me how the Boiler worked & certain things I might need to know, they even registered it all, to save me the hassle.

As I said earlier the whole time they were here or in contact they were friendly & very polite. And best of all their price was good, especially for such a big job. I will definitely be using them again in the future & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I can't thank them enough, keep up the good work :)

Very highly recommended! I booked Paul to replace a boiler and cylinder, moving them from a downstairs fireplace into an upstairs airing cupboard. The work took 5
1/2 days. Paul and his son, Charlie, were very personable, courteous and professional in their manner. The work was done to an exceptionally high standard and after each day's work they spent time tidying and ensuring the rooms they had been in were left clean. Paul was meticulous in the work itself and comprehensive in informing me of how he was progressing, any changes to be made, the work he would be doing the next day and in how the various heating components worked. He was amenable to any changes I wanted and offered suggestions on how best they could be made whilst keeping costs down. I would highly recommend Paul and Charlie. The price was highly competitive and the quality of his work is superb. I will certainly continue to use Paul's services for future heating work.

Currently renovating a 1960s bungalow. PW Plumbing & Heating have installed an oil fired heating system from scratch along with plumbing for kitchen and bathroom. Great care was taken in establishing exactly what we were trying to achieve and we are extremely pleased with the results. The quality of work carried out is first class.
