IJF Plumbing & Heating

Ian came to replace old leaky valves on our radiators. I initially found IJF Plumbing & Heating through check-a-trade and was impressed with their high reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint.

Ian was punctual, professional, polite and very tidy. The work was top quality and exactly as quoted, no nasty surprises. Ian and team are very friendly and I would have no problem recommending IJF to friends and family and will be my first port of call whenever I need a plumber.

Second time using Ian! First was replacing and moving radiators throughout house and this time was for a leaking kitchen sink. Great communication throughout, friendly and informative. Very clean and tidy. Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ian was professional and very helpful. I used his services based on a recommendation and I definitely don't regret it. He communicated clearly at each point the work he was carrying out to make sure I understood what was going on and actually spoke to me as a person. I would definitely use his services again.

Our boiler conked on Friday 22nd January, I texted Ian, outlining the problem. Both Ian and his brother Mark arrived the next day Saturday 23rd January and quickly identified a problem with a clogged condensate pipe, this was cleared out and the boiler was back working, but the day after the boiler stopped working again. Texted Ian, on a Sunday, he was very quick to respond and his brother Mark and a colleague Darren arrived on Monday 25th and identified a further issue with a clogged waste pipe under the sink, again the boiler worked, this time so far so good! Thanks for great service!

We had a our boiler replaced by Ian and his service was second to none. Would definitely recommend. He didn't make us feel stupid when we asked questions, which we really appreciated.

A very professional service from start to finish. They came next day to investigate the leak and identified in a matter of minutes. They explained the work required clearly and were able to come back to fix it within a few days (not a serious leak). They sourced exactly the new tap we wanted and installed. They also completed a high standard repair on existing pipe work. Could not recommend more highly.
