Able Plumbing

Able Plumbing Solutions carried out a boiler service on behalf on my landlord, so I'm not party to the value provided. But I am sure it would have matched the other aspects of their service, including communications and timeliness which were both faultless.

But above all, it was very clear to me that the technical level of the service was simply outstanding: beyond anything I've experienced previously in fact. Their engineer was meticulous, thorough, and clearly very expert. He was also respectful, pleasant and left everything in good order.

I'm leaving this review because I think Able Plumbing solutions deserve recognition for doing a really outstanding job.

After reading online reviews, I called Able Plumbing to find out about a Gas Boiler Service. The person I spoke to was very friendly and polite, gave me all the information I was asking for without being pushy to arrange services. It was quick and easy to book an engineer to visit my property.

Matt arrived on time, as stated when I called to book the appointment. He was very respectful of my property, even took his shoes off when he first came in. He carried out the boiler the service in the loft and was happy to answer and explain any questions I had for him.

Electronic invoice came via email a few days later and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would definitely use Matt and Able Plumbing again.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the quality of the work for my full bathroom refit. Aaron was extremely pleasant to have working in my house. He was clean, respectful, professional, always arrived on time and did a great job and I am extremely happy with the end result. I have used Able plumbing for over 10 years and this is the reason I keep going back.

We used the Able services for landlords electrical certificate. We chose them because they were recommended by our agency and they supposedly don't charge you unecesarily for jobs after hence the cost was £216 for a 3 bedroom house. (Higher than others). Long story short, they wanted to charge us for a job afterwards £930 whereas others charged half price!! The quote "we provide high quality" does not justify it because all the other electricians had 5* reviews too. Just stay away, so expensive it is not worth it.

Able refitted our small en-suite and installed a wet room. From first contact, to the final finishing the Able team were completely professional, punctual, and worked to a high standard. Cleaned up each day and removed the debris so not need for a skip. Any unexpected issues related to the job - inevitable when retro fitting in a 20 year old house - were sorted.
Chris was the main man for us and we were very impressed with his excellent standard of work - always discussing options with us and if necessary recommending from his experience.
Would use them again and recommend completely.

Excellent experience with Able. Easy booking and fairly immediate availability for the issue. The lads were polite and fixed the job quickly. They had all the parts already on their van so no unnecessary delays. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Early last year Able Plumbing Solutions sent John to install a new boiler and system. Later in the year they were back to refurbish the main bathroom and an en suite with Chris and Aaron. They have just finished a downstairs loo refurb too.
All done professionally, efficiently, cleanly and friendly. From the initial contact with James who came up with design ideas to the last day they couldn’t have done more and offered a fantastic service. Very highly recommend this company who have a fantastic team of conscientious workers with high standards. Thanks guys!
