Following a positive recommendation made by my neighbours, who have the same external Grandee oil fired boiler as myself, I contacted Edwards to investigate my malfunctioning system. Engineer Mark was a revelation compared with previous service engineers/companies I had engaged. He promptly identified a number of issues that had failed to be addressed in previous services (all undertaken by other companies), the latest of which was only 3 months ago. His skill, knowledge, friendliness and thoroughness in addressing and resolving these has now left me with with a fully functioning system again. Edwards now have a new long term customer for all future heating/boiier issues. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Boiler packed in just before Christmas, and after being told by British Gas it would be 8 weeks…Edwards Plumbing Services had a new combi boiler installed before the big day! The staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and had me toasty warm in no time! They are now on speed dial. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Martin's team enough. We had Cobey and Lennox install a new cylinder for us which turned out to be a bigger job than expected. They worked tirelessly on the hottest days of the year up in our loft with our needs (having a young child) always considered. Cobey is extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. Professional, efficient and well mannered they have been a pleasure to have around over the last few days. Wouldn't consider using anyone else!

I just wanted to give a review for the work
I had done today. (Boiler service and gas hob check)

My plumber did a great job today- he turned up on time with the company jumper on and had all the kit he needed.

He then answered all my questions, taught me about gas and boilers and gas hobs. He explained things in a very clear and confident way. He even drew diagrams!

He was polite and tidy and removed his shoes when going upstairs to turn on the bath. This showed consideration for my new carpets which was nice!

I now feel I understand boiler safety much more.

Our oil-fired boiler stopped working after the oil tank was refilled. Edwards Plumbing Services responded promptly, cured the air lock in the oil feed and had the boiler working again. Their communication skills were very good, informing that engineers were on their way. Professional, efficient and reassuring.

They came to our aid very promptly, and the engineer who called was very professional and personable. He quickly identified the problem and went to get a replacement and had it fitted in double quick time. We are very pleased with the quality and speed of the work, and would recommend the company wholeheartedly. It's a real pleasure to find a reliable company who are willing and able to help customers quickly and professionally.

Being new to the area we were keen to find a reliable plumber - we called Edwards who replaced the pump on our boiler very promptly and professionally. They also took the time to talk through our solar heating, which we really appreciated! Nothing was too much hassle - really friendly and professional, would highly recommend!
