Contacted Richard at Newplumb to install a new boiler and fix problems we was having at our commercial property. Richard went out of his way too get the work completed quickly and without affecting our normal running of the business, all for a really good price too. By far the best plumbing company we have ever used and will continue to now use Newplumb for all our propertys, would highly reccomend!

Richard has completed a number of projects for us, commercially and privately. We can honestly say that he is approachable, knowledgeable and is a true perfectionist with all works being neat / tidy.

During the quote they took the time to understand what we wanted to do and the end result we were going for, which really showed when the work started. The attention to detail and quality is superb and they are very pragmatic and understanding when inevitable changes were needed. I am particularly grateful that Richard was happy to indulge our use of reclaimed materials. We wanted something modern and comfortable, but that used non traditional and reclaimed bathroom fittings. Their attention to detail and effort really made the project special for us.

Not only did they do a terrific job on our bathroom, but they also took out a structural wall downstairs to create an open plan living room. They understood and delivered on the seamless finish from one room to the other that we wanted.

During the whole project, Richard and Bob really went the extra mile and paid attention to things that only someone with their experience would know about. Like protecting the edge of the fireplace incase bricks from the demolition damaged it, and putting foam around the temporary steelwork to protect the front door from being damaged when opening against it. They also made sure we had heating and hot water by the end of every day even when they had been doing major plumbing surgery. These small things make a difference and show the pride they take in making sure the job is done correctly and to a very high standard.

New Plumb are more than just a plumbing company, they will do a fantastic job on a whole house. I will certainly be having them back to do further alterations and extensions in the future and I will be recommending them the everyone in the area.

Just finished painting our new bathroom. It was fitted before lockdown and we needed to wait for the right paint to do it justice. It was so refreshing to be listened to and to get what we asked for rather than being told what we needed! We received excellent customer service throughout and the workmanship was immaculate.
