I chose Neil to replace a boiler and thermostat, and change some pipes & radiators, and I'm very glad that I did.
Of the quotes I obtained, Neil's wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was clear that he took pride in his work, cared about his customers, and wanted to do the best he could for them.
I cannot fault Neil's work ethic and his standards of workmanship, and I'm very pleased with the installation and the boiler he recommended. I'll be getting him back to service it when it's due.
In fact, the only difficulty I had with Neil was getting him to send me the bill so that I could pay him!

Neil’s work is phenomenal - very attentive to detail. Will do what’s best for you, and charge reasonable prices for what is top-quality work. Neil come out eventually after not being able to confirm a time, confirmed my boiler was leaking gas and said he would be back in a few days to fix it. Never returned, ignored several messages just asking when he was coming and calls, never ever heard back from him. He knew I had children at the property due to toys being out around the house, I was left with no heating, hot water and a gas leak. Really strange experience, why not just tell me he couldn’t complete the job.
