My combi boiler decided to give up just before Christmas. AR Plumbing were the only Stafford business (and beyond) to not only answer my calls but send out someone to look at my combi boiler. A new one was needed and yet again the only company willing to move fast and secure a date for a new boiler in a respectable time period. Thanks to the owner Ash for being a man of his word and integrity. This reliability and doing exactly what he promised is valued! I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted AR Plumbing and Gas Services with an issue on a Bell Gas Fire. I had contacted 4 other companies who had not heard of the manufacturer and could not help. I called AR Plumbing and Gas Services on Tuesday 3rd January and they made an appointment for Thursday 5th. Stewart, the engineer attended the appointment at the specified time, he put on booties without being asked and immediately started to test fire. He identified the issue, which was related to the remote control and control unit, provided a temporary solution which allowed us to use the fire manually while parts are ordered. He spent time with me to explain how the control panel works, walked me through the user manual for reference and explained what he had done to provide the solution without compromising safety. These guys are awesome.

AR Plumbing and Gas Services saved the day for us today! Our heating stopped working last night so I contacted them first thing this morning. I repairman came out and heating was quickly restored! I can highly recommend this company.

I spoke with Gary on the phone Monday morning after having no heating or hot water all weekend. He arranged for Stuart to come out to look at my boiler. He was here within an hour and identified the problem. The problem was fixed on Wednesday within an hour. Fantastic service and fantastic price. Can not fault the speed especially so close to Christmas. Thank you to both of you.
