JVL Plumbing & Heating

JVL did all of the plumbing work for our bathroom and ensuite. They were very professional, hard working (even in this incredibly hot weather), responsive, worked around issues we encountered with wrong products being sent by merchants. They did an excellent job and communication was good throughout the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Contacted JVL for a quotation for a new boiler and removal of an old water tank, we had a really quick response and the quotation was extremely competitive, the work was carried out whilst we were at work, you wouldn’t have known the team had been in the house was clean and tidy, the work was finished quickly and professionally. I am so pleased with my new boiler and the amazing service we’ve received from JVL. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is the second boiler service that JVL plumbing have carried out for us. On both occasions we have been pleased with the excellent work done. JVL are reliable, punctual, and give a full explanation of what has been done. I would recommend without hesitation.

I haven’t lived in Taunton for many years and so when I needed a heating engineer for my Mother I had to trust the reviews on Google. I’m so pleased I did as Joe and his colleague were fabulous.
The heating timers in Mum’s house are not user friendly - I’m normally quite good at that sort of thing but in this instance I’d have had more chance of being able to fly the Starship Enterprise.
I eventually worked out though that the problem was bigger than just the timer. I messaged Joe and he explained that they were currently working on a big project but that there was a chance they may finish early enough to squash in an appointment for my Mum. Joe kept in touch with me and did manage to fit her in. Mum said Joe and his colleague were punctual and polite and they left the system working perfectly. I was very impressed with the way Joe kept me informed and I consider the charge to be good value for money. Customer service, in my opinion, is lacking so much these days but it certainly isn’t where JVL Plumbing and Heating is concerned. They are definitely 5 star.

An amazing company. Totally professional, on time and a quality job. They fitted a new boiler among other plumbing repairs. The pipe work that they installed is so well done it is a bloody work af art! Very decent chaps

Can highly recommend Joe and team. Complete overhaul of airing cupboard tank and removal of water tank in roof space. At same time cloakroom stripped out with new suite and tiling. Took care with keeping carpets safe , turned up on time and kept informed throughout. Well done JVL, 5 stars...

This was not a small job. Complete re-plumb of a 10000 ft house. New boiler system, water pressure system, 3 bathrooms , new cloakroom, boot room , central heating , gas cooker installation, shepherds hut install and co-ordinated other professionals for sewage and water pipe connection . Professional, incredibly hardworking and amazing workmanship. These are not your usual jobbing plumber. Total artisans who love what they do and genuinely care. Can not recommend them highly enough and looking forward to them returning next year to do some extra bits!
