Disappointing service. Plumber came on a Saturday morning and turned off water supply to leaking toliet. Wanted to go and buy the part and fit it later that day. Pointed out that this was not convenient, as we had already arrnaged to go our for the day, so agreed that he would return on the following Thursday. Wife waited in all day but he did not turn up. No communication as to why he didn't come. Phoned his wife, who appears to hold his diary, the day afterwards and was told that as far as she was concerned no appointment had been made for the Thursday as only she could make appointments, not the plumber himself. And then she tried arguing that it was all our fault for not being available later on the Saturday morning.

I have always used AC Plumbing & Electrics. I first used them to fit a new shower room which I am really pleased with - that was over three years ago and I have since used them to mend small things like leaky toilets and radiator pipes. I am just about to use them again to replace an old bathroom - very punctual, reliable, clean, professional and good value. Definitely a good choice and I highly recommend them!

These guys are awful, judgemental, discriminatory and cancelled our appointment, didn't turn up and didn't even bother to tell us why. They have seemingly judged us based on the fact that we had some previous issues with other plumbers who AC Plumbers, just so happen to know. Apparently, that means we have a bad attitude, despite us being victims of terrible plumbing and a huge leak as a result of their acquaintances shoddy work. I've never left a review before, but I had to warn people about this awful, judgemental company.

Disappointing service - came round to view works - never came back with a quote as promised - didn't return calls - when I finally got through told me I got a verbal quote (which I didn't get) and that they couldn't do the work as Alan was busy for next 4 weeks. Avoid.

I am the plumber in question. The post from Mark Pallen is distorted. An appointment was made for the Saturday morning. Surely Mr Pallen allowed time for the repair. When we had time in the week to repair the toilet we tried phoning but no answer. We also tried calling on the Thursday to confirm when we could arrive. When we could not get an answer we presumed Mr Pullen was out.
