Chris was very friendly and responsive. He fixed a time to come and undertake the repair that was convenient and timely. He made a good job of it and went beyond what I would normally expect. I also thought that his rates were very reasonable. Would recommend.

We were very impressed with Chris. He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, thoroughly checked the installations and left everything very clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris fixed the downstairs toilet, which had not been stopping the flush automatically. He also tried to find a replacement for our bathroom taps, but these are obsolete so we shall wait until they deteriorate and then replace all of them. Chris is punctual, smartly turned out, polite and honest and has always solved our issues.

Chris was very responsive, he got as much information about our leak and repair as possible. His aftercare is brilliant and kept us informed throughout the work.
He is good value gif money.
