I first used Ashley to replace an antiquated hot water system in my fathers flat back in 2018. Part of the challenge was that my father is of an age when he needs the bathroom very regularly. Ashley was superb in making sure that my father was able to use the toilet at all times. Ashley was very professional in his approach when dealing with my father and I felt confident that I did not have to temporarily relocate to Portsmouth to oversea the work.

The quality of the installation is the best I have every seen and that is saying something given I had used Polish plumber when renovating my bathrooms in London a few years back. His attention to detail in where to run the pipes is fantastic and the airing cupboard, could at long last be turned back into a proper airing cupboard.

Two years later I decided to renovate by father's kitchen and replace his electric hot air heating with gas central heating. I did not bother to get additional quotes because I knew that using Ashley I would get the same level of a quality installation and a very personal service.

Ashley is contracted to come in during each summer to service the boiler and hot water system.

In summary Ashley has a very professional approach and delivers a superb quality of service so lacking with many of today's tradespersons. I would recommend Ashley any time.

Ashley originally assisted with the fitting of our en-suite bathroom. Since then he has regularly serviced our gas fire and boiler/heating system. When the boiler finally died (26 plus years old). Ashley visited as soon as he could and understood the needs of the property and boiler requirements. He fitted the new boiler and system within 3 weeks. All working fine. He is thorough, tidy and helpful and worked long days to complete the job. I would highly recommended him.
