Jon recently installed a new boiler and has done some servicing work in the past for me. All the work was done very neatly, tidily, quickly and to budget. Jon's good at keeping one informed about the work and giving useful advice related to it. All round a very professional job. Thoroughly recommended.

I contacted Plumbbob after they were recommended by Worcester Bosch to fit my new boiler. The team arrived on time, and consisted of 4 persons and I was delighted to find 2 female engineers. The house was built in 1964 so has had many extensions over the years and the plumbing system needed a competent team to assess and understand. The team worked very quickly and were very tidy and kept us informed with everything that they were doing. I would recommend Plumbbob 100% to anyone wanting work completed and the standard of work was outstanding. Thank you to Plumbbob

We called Jon out a few weeks ago to investigate what we thought was a leaking pipe behind our washer. Turns out it was a loose valve, which he tightened and then didn't charge us for the visit. We then called him back out, along with his apprentice, to do a routine boiler service and certification, as well as reseal our kitchen sink and ensuite shower. The work was done promptly and smoothly, with a full explanation of what they were doing throughout. They were unfailingly polite, cleaned up after themselves and left my home as tidy as it was when they came in. They do really good work for high value. Could not recommend them more!

The work was excellent and Plumbbob went above and beyond at every time to resolve problems, answer queries and give support. They are focused on giving the best advice for you and give you honest and trust-worthy recommendations. Their service is excellent and their work faultless. I can't imagine contacting any other company if I had a heating or plumbing job to do.

I asked for a quote to replace a timer on my electric immersion heater. They sent me a quote for £350.

The part on the Internet cost £87. so they wanted £267 to fit it. All they had to do was to take the wires out of the old one and put it into the new one! 10 mins tops.

I asked how could it be so expensive they replied labour costs are 120 an hour. That still doesn’t add up.

Please avoid this company

Jon came within a couple of days to diagnose a fault with my 20yr-old Vaillant boiler. As there was more than one problem and likely to be further faults developing with age (also current parts delivery delays) he recommended a new boiler and fitted us into his work schedule within the week, on a Sunday, all for a very reasonable price. A water hammer suppression valve included. The finish is neat, all packaging and debris has been cleaned away, and the heating system immediately works well.

They arrived perfectly on time for a boiler service, did a good job and informed us about any upcoming issues.
They then proceeded to clean the filter too (a different company didn't have the right tools and had suggested we source the spanner), Plumbob had all the right tools.

Have used Plumbob before, will continue to.
