Enquired about a new boiler on Wednesday, Craig visited on Friday and gave a no nonsense quote. Boiler installed on Monday. Craig and his team did an excellent job. I had no hassle, no tidying up to do. Installation was quick and relatively quiet. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Craig is always super helpful! We had a broken flush on our toilet and came out same day to repair then we had a boiler issue and again Craig was out within the hour! Fabulous service and fixed the problems right away. Would highly recommend!

We had issues with our boiler and Craig was really responsive. He came the same day to look at it and fixed it promptly. Over the past 3 months we've then had him and his team install new water lines and replace a hot water heater tank amongst other small jobs. They always do a professional job and take time to explain the issues and options available. I will definitely use PHG again in the future.

Craig was fantastic. Came first thing on a bank holiday to sort a mystery noise coming from the water pump - sorted in seconds. He's also just installed our new boiler - he's done a fantastic job again. Smooth, fast and highly professional

Sadly since my first review we have struggled to get Craig to come back. He came to view a bathroom job for us and agreed a start date. We have had several contacts since including a further appointment and no show. No response since despite further contacts. On the basis of the first job he was fantastic and I am sorry to have to change the review.

Had a boiler problems and called them. They offered to come out right away. They kept in contact and came when they said. Assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. Also pointing out a dangerous problem that a British Gas engineer had missed previously, which was fixed at no extra cost. Friendly, fast and good quality of work. A number to keep in the book. Highly recommended.

Craig provided and excellent quote, then delivered the products as agreed. He then blitzed through the job changing all radiators in the house and cleaned up as he and his colleague went. Brilliant,price,service and attitude. Attention to detail and cleanliness are not traits often seen these days but Craig's work is impeccable. I highly recommend phg solutions and I have asked him to be my service engineer as I was so impressed by is work and work ethic.

Contacted PHG solutions based on reviews. Got a quick response after sending message via website and discussed the list of plumbing jobs that needed doing. Heard nothing for weeks so sent another message on website asking if PHG was interested in coming to quote and if not, I just wanted to know, so I could start to search for another plumber. Got a phone call from Craig so discussed the work we needed doing. Was asked for my address, so an engineer could come to quote on work. 4th Oct a nice engineer came over and was really helpful with his advice. He took away all the details about the work that we needed doing. Communication by text continued but I was getting no reply and eventually Craig responded on the 7th Oct asking if we were in because he could pop around. I responded yes but heard nothing back. I texted politely again on 13th Oct having given some time for Craig to be able to perhaps catch up on his quotes etc saying that I’m sure he’s a busy man and to this day I have heard absolutely nothing in reply. We ended up going with another plumber recommended by the carpet fitter. The only reason I’m leaving a review is because I saw PHG solutions advertised in the Community Advertiser saying they cover all G postcodes and no job was too small.
