Alex installed a new boiler in our old house and did the plumbing for a kitchen refit. He also very, very kindly came out at 6pm on a Friday after I tried to fix a leak and made it worse!! Our boiler died in our new house and Alex put a new one in yesterday. He's always super busy but went out of his way to fit us in. His prices are always very reasonable (I was braced for a much heftier bill for this boiler) and he and Paul are genuine, friendly and very good at what they do. I often recommend Alex to friends and do so without hesitation. Very happy customer :)

Alex recently fitted a new boiler for us and we were really impressed with the service he provided. Alex was very responsive and helpful and came out to do a quote on the same day I called. Alex was able to come quickly after to install our new boiler and was very professional throughout. We were really impressed with the level of customer service provided and the work he did. Also very impressed with how tidy he left everything, organising someone to collect the old boiler the same day. Very happy with the boiler we've had fitted. The plumbers worked so hard to get it fitted and stayed long hours when there was an issue. Alex explained how the boiler and app works with a lot of detail so we fully understand everything. We had towel rails fitted too and they look great. Enquired about a second repair that he said he’d sort for us but didn’t get a reply or a date to fix. Contacted him over the Christmas period and he said he’d sort last week but yet again with no reply.

We’ve now had the work carried out by another plumber. I understand you may be busy and being self employed takes up a lot of admin, but providing a decent service goes a long way and should be the foundation to your business.

We contacted Alex after being badly let down by a previous heating engineer who had installed a heating system into our new extension which didn’t work. Alex was everything you would want in a tradesperson: knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He was relentless in his efforts to get our heating working after the previous poor job left by someone else. Really wish we had used him on the initial installation- would have saved us a lot of heartache, stress and money!
