Booked this company to try and locate a septic tank with drain cameras. After the first appointment was missed I called to find out why. Engineer was ill! Fair enough however it then happened again and apparently he was ill again. I spoke with the franchise owner who offered to send someone and do the job for free.
This time the engineer did turn up, had no joy with his camera and insisted that I need to have the drains jetted and then the cameras going back in as a cost of around £400-£500.
A friend returned from holiday and asked if we would like him to take a look with his camera. We said yes, after only 30 minutes he has not only easily found the tank but had inspected it for us.
Con artists here at their very best!!

Nice guy did a good job unblocking the pipe.
I actually wanted him to remove the lost drain rods as well, he couldn’t find it with the camera, as it was covered in silt and fat, fair enough but he could have tried a little harder and but more effort.
After I paid him and he left I went to check, I used a spare rod and I could actually see the lost rods, but my rod was not long enough to pull it out!
I called back they suggested I get a deep clean and hydro wash or something like that to get the rods out costing over £500 +VAT..!!!!
Went on YouTube and looked how to get lost rods out using a special rod retrieval hook, got one from eBay for £20 tried it with some new rods I purchased and got the old rods out 8 were stuck!
How could they have missed that!
Took me 10 mins to get all out and the drain was even more free!

Saved myself over £500.... I am a bit sore on this!!

Technician Andy did a great job. Came out and sorted it on the same day. Card reader on him so I could pay immediately once the job was done. No hassle.
