Nigel was at all times professional, informative and friendly. He would update me frequently on what tasks he be performing. He did a superb job on the boiler installation one happy customer! I could not recommend him enough!

When my boiler had a problem on a cold January evening, and I phoned some numbers to find an engineer to help me, Nigel was the only one who picked up the call. Since then, he’s serviced my boiler and repaired two leaking toilet cisterns. Great to find a plumber who answers the phone, is helpful, and turns up to do the job!

Had a boiler emergency in the middle of winter, service was very quick and had it fixed as soon as he could, even coming out late in the evening. 10/10 in every aspect.
