Richard is very efficient, polite and courteous. He has carried out some repairs and did an amazing job of installing a lovely new bathroom for me last year. I was so pleased with everything he did and would highly recommend him. I am certain anyone using Richard's services will be very pleased that they did. He is a gentleman. Ten stars!

Richard arrived quickly to resolve the leak from the header tank for the central heating. He also fixed a mixer tap with an intermittent leak. Both jobs done quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. I will definitely use Richard for any future plumbing jobs.

We had a leak in our toilet. Found Richard on google, and he was here within an hour of phoning him. He knew exactly what to do and the job was completed in 15 mins. Good value for money. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again. Thank you very much Richard.

I called this gentleman this morning around 11am with a massive leak in my flat. He offered to come on the same day and fix this. I called back and I said I would send him my details. I didn't get round to this as we were able to fix this ourselves as the leak was terrible and couldn't wait. This guy still showed up without getting any confirmation via text. This is what you call dedication, a brilliant service and just plain kindness. Even when he called and asked what happened, we told him it's fixed, he didn't even mind and said that's good it is fixed. I will certainly be using him for any job in the future and he will be our preferred plumber. Nice to know there are kind people still in this world. Thank you very much again.

I needed a plumber at short notice following a burst pipe. Having seen Richards reviews online, I decided to give him a call. He turned up within two hours and it took him about 30 minutes to fix the issue and get the water back on. Genuinely nice guy and very competent. Would definitely recommend.

I have used his services twice and both times he has rung to let me know when he will arrive, arrived promptly, and carried out the work professionally, politely and efficiently. Throughout the process he explained the work he was doing and the price of any replacement parts. He worked cleanly and quietly, tidying everything away afterwards. I paid and received written invoices for the work. I will certainly be using this plumber again if needed and recommending him to all my friends.
