Warmserve came to repair my boiler via insurance company. Had a complicated issue but Mike Peters was amazing. He went above and beyond to get us hot water and heating back with a baby in the house! Can’t recommend this company and Mike enough. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again guys

Contacted warmserve at 7:30 this morning and they arrived 2 hours later, fixed the leak there and then. Two gentleman came and they were so friendly and polite and would definitely recommend to others. Excellent service!

Excellent extensive remedial work, carried out in our bathroom, by Simon from Warmserve. Our new bathroom had been installed by another company who had made a complete hash of it. Simon dealt with the many faults and poor fitting. We now have the bathroom we should have had. Thank you to Simon and Warmserve.

We have now tried to book a service with WarmServe twice, once in 2021 and again this year.
During 2021 we had booked in a service date with them, and were told they would be arriving in the morning. We rang the office at 11:30am and the lady answering the phone informed us someone would be with us mid-day. I asked what time that would be, as we were originally told it would be a morning visit, and the response was to expect someone around 2pm. To most, 2pm is not mid-day. We had cancelled a mornings worth of work to greet the engineer, so at that point we cancelled the call.
This year we received a service reminder from Warmserve, and after ringing around for quotes, they were the most affordable.
I rang their office on the 24th of Oct, and booked one of their earliest available slots in, the 25th of Nov. I was told to expect an engineer at 9am and was given a quote.
Today was the 25th of Nov, and by 9:25am no-one had arrived, so I rang their office.
The lady who answered the phone told me there was no booking on record. I tried calling their alternative tel. number in case I had booked with the wrong office, and ended up talking to the same lady. I explained my frustration and informed her that I would be making a complaint, at which point she transferred me to her manager, without any apology.
The office manager also did not apologise, and instead told me she would check the phone records and get back to me. I had a phone call back explaining that by coincidence someone on the same street as me, had booked in for the same week as me, but had cancelled, and she had mistakenly cancelled the wrong job / house call.
Still no apology.
It seems unlikely that the wrong house appointment would have been cancelled, as each time a customer contacts the office, their name, house number and contact number is confirmed on the call. Further more, we do not live that locally to Warmserve, so the chances of two people on my street booking in the same week are fairly slim.
I am not confident that the job was ever properly logged. It would have been helpful to receive email or text confirmation of both my bookings, but this was not a service offered.
I was offered a free boiler service at this point, but without an apology, and with a very weak explanation of what went wrong, I would advise avoiding this company where possible, as we will be. We had booked in for more extensive work than just a service, they missed out on a well paying call out.
Very unreliable service, and poor customer service skills from both receptionist and office manager.

Warmserve has been my guardian angel against an insurance company that does not care about its customers. I logged a boiler breakdown on my home emergency cover on Monday morning, and the insurers auto-texted that I would have appointment four days later despite me stating that I have no heating or hot water. However, Warmserve contacted me the same day and sent someone to look at the problem. A part needed replacing. On Thursday, on my fifth day inside a home with room temperatures at 10-12 C and no update from the insurer, I phoned Warmserve again. The very helpful and sympathetic lady contacted the insurer to be told they had not yet got round to authorising the repair! She took it on herself to chase them for the authorisation and managed to get someone to come and do the repair the very same day. I am so, so very grateful to Warmserve for rescuing me from this hellish saga of negligence from the side of the insurer.

Excellent service, came to assess the job within 24 hours of contacting them and provided me with a quote within 2 hours of visiting. Had a new bathroom radiator fitted within 4 days, job only took their engineer an hour from start to finish. Simply ring to pay then over the phone once job was completed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, Martin couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Kept our 3 year old happy while fixing our boiler at the same time.
Definitely recommend.
