Really good shop with friendly, helpful people. I took a tap gland that I couldn't find a replacement for and they knew exactly what I needed to replace it. They didn't have one in stock but ordered one in and I picked it up the next day. They even took the new one out of the box and not only compared it with the old one to make sure I had exactly what I needed, they also offered some tips for fitting it. Very happy to give 5 stars and will visit again when I need some more plumbing supplies.

Always left waiting in a cue every time i have visited this place, staff Very cold and unhelpful - to top off this is the Only Plumbers merchants that i have ever known to charge a 20% restocking fee if you take something back, even if in original unopened packaging! VERY POOR ALL ROUND 😰
