Never ever went to that shop again after i asked the guy (fat one with extremely rude face and behaviour) to get me the ducting kit and he got one from the back and then i asked will i need reducer?

That it he went on saying "this is not my job to find out".

They act like you're a beggar and trying to get rid of you asap without giving anything.

In another word, the don't care, and unhelpful, i always go to SI Builder in Katherine Road they are very friendly,.

All in all, avoid them if you can, there are many good shops locally with better services and lower price.

Poor staff, phoned to check if they had a specific boiler in stock. The response was " why that make is it because it is cheap, it is the worst". I have been installing boilers for 40 years and know which boiler needed. Just because they don't have the boiler they give me a load of rubbish. Just avoid.
