bunch of rude ignorant jokers - avoid theses guys like the plague - if you ever deal with William Davies this guy needs teaching a lesson aswell as some manners , dodgy faulty products and when you try speak to the person to sort this out they completely ignore you.
I would go as far as to say the rudest person i have ever dealt with.

I have dealt with James Hargreaves plumbing department over many year. I have always received excellent service from the knowledgable and helpful staff on the trade counter. I can highly recomend them.

Huge stock with a massive warehouse. Great knowledge from staff on the counter.

Same as always friendly helpful staff, got everything I needed for the job in hand.

Absolutely fabulous I have ordered a replacement shower pump,just awaiting call to pick it up, collected fast efficient service thank you.

Absolutely useless counter staff , lazy and they seem to avoid surfing customers, there was 5 staff doing nothing and prior to calling into breach I rang to see if they had the part I needed, and nobody answered the phone that I rang three times and left ringing until I was cut off
And it was a wasted journey

I recently purchased underfloor heating supplies from James Hargreaves Burnley. I engaged with David Patrick who was extremely helpful throughout and even solved a 4 week dispute I had between two suppliers. I believe David is leading the UFH department and I would 100% recommend James Hargreaves and in particular David's knowledge, experience and commitment was one of the reasons I used James Hargreaves.

Excellent range of products and very helpful staff. High and range and a fully working showroom. Particularly liked the area where you can actually see the shower heads. Very nice finishes and multiple bathroom settings. You can browse in an unhurried manner and the showroom is all on one level.
