I ordered a sink and basin, and they phoned me to let me know it was all in store, they chased after the weekend had passed to check we were going to still come get it. Went in the following weekend to find they only had the unit, no sink yet. Because they had made this error we requested they now deliver the product to us. Which they did. One of
L the handles was faulty, called numerous times to get a replacement sent out and passed from person to person. Told they were in and being sent out only for nothing to arrive a week later. One finally arrived after another chase and it's completely the wrong size.

Fantastic patient and friendly service, the whole team were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.
